BioFach (organics)

Biofach, the world's largest organic trade show, is held in Germany, the second-largest organic food market after the United States. In 2020, nearly 47,000 visitors from 136 countries attended the show hosting 3,792 exhibitors from 110 countries displaying a variety of products.  The U.S. Pavilion at this USDA-endorsed show welcomed 25 exhibitors reporting more than $11.7 million in 12-month projected sales of U.S. organic agricultural products.  U.S. exhibitors made over 260 serious business contacts and introduced 136 new products in the market.  Companies in the U.S. Pavilion displayed and promoted a variety of USDA organic products – everything from nut butters to candy, food ingredients to grains and beans, dairy to poultry.  The 25 U.S. exhibitors included 18 small-to-medium size and 6 new-to-market companies.
