SIAL Paris

The biennial Salon International de l’Alimentation (SIAL) Paris is the most important food trade show in France and one of the largest in the world. It is a main venue for American, Middle Eastern, and African suppliers to penetrate the European market. In 2022, the latest edition of SIAL Paris, the show included more than 7,000 exhibitors from 200 countries and 265,000 visitors (87% of whom were international visitors from nearly 200 countries). The USDA-endorsed SIAL Paris 2022 welcomed 138 exhibitors in the USA Pavilion. A highlight was expanding the USA Pavilion into the Dairy and Cheese hall.
