SIAL Paris

The biennial Salon International de l’Alimentation (SIAL) Paris is the most important food trade show in France and one of the largest in the world. It is a main venue for American, Middle Eastern, and African suppliers to penetrate the European market. SIAL Paris 2020 was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In the 2018, the latest edition of SIAL Paris, the show included more than 7,200 exhibitors (87% international) from 119 countries and 310,000 visitors (73% of whom were international visitors from nearly 200 countries). The USDA-endorsed SIAL Paris 2018 welcomed 100 exhibitors in the USA Pavilion.
