SIAL Canada

SIAL Canada is Canada’s leading international food show, which alternates annually between Toronto and Montreal.  Canada is the second largest market worldwide for U.S. agricultural and related products exports, exceeding $33.3 billion in 2022. 

The show is the only event of its kind in Canada, welcoming more than 25,000 professional visitors from Canada, the United States and 75 other countries and bringing together more than 1,000 national and international exhibitors from 50 countries. SIAL Canada 2023 was held in Toronto and the United States was well represented, with 37 companies in attendance as part of the USA Pavilion.
