SIAL Canada is Canada’s leading international food show, which alternates annually between Toronto and Montreal. Canada is the second largest market worldwide for U.S. agricultural and related products exports, exceeding $29.4 billion in 2021.
The show is the only event of its kind in Canada, bringing together more than 1,000 national and international exhibitors from 50 countries and welcoming more than 20,000 professional visitors from Canada, the United States and 60 other countries. The last edition was held in Montreal and the United States was well represented, with 35 companies in attendance as part of the USA Pavilion.
