Ukraine: Grain and Feed Quarterly

  |   Attaché Report (GAIN)

Post's production forecast for Ukraine's MY2020/21 production for both wheat and barley are lower compared to the previous marketing year. This drop in production is largely attributable to unfavorable weather conditions for winter crops, especially in the Odessa and Crimea regions. Corn production is forecast higher than for MY2019/20 due to an increase in production area which is partially offset by lower yields.
