Russia: The Russian Government Introduces Export Tariffs for Wheat

On December 25, 2014, the GOR approved Resolution #1495, “On introduction changes into export customs tariff rates for commodities, exported from the Russian Federation outside of the boundaries of states - members of the Customs Union Agreement.” The document comes into force starting February 1, 2015, and is valid through June 30th, 2015. The measure was enacted to stabilize the Russian domestic grain market
