The continuous expansion of food retail industry in the Philippines creates robust opportunities for U.S. exporters of U.S. high-value, consumer-oriented food and beverage products. Due to increased consumer spending backed by sustained-strong economy, the food retail sector reached six percent growth with $46.3 billion sales in 2017.
