The Dutch foodservice industry is expected to grow annually by 4 percent due to a recovering economy and changing consumer eating culture. The growing segments within the foodservice industry are specialist coffee shops, 100 percent home delivery/takeaway, juice/smoothie bars and food trucks. Young consumers are increasingly looking for new and convenient food solutions. The report furthermore presents a road map for U.S. exporters who wish to expand business in the Dutch market.
