The United States exported almost $3 billion of agricultural, fish and forest products to the Netherlands in 2016, a 10.5 percent increase from 2015. The Netherlands is the largest export market for U.S. agricultural products in Europe and the ninth largest destination globally. For the first seven months of 2017, Dutch imports from the United States are up five percent due mainly to an increase in grain and oilseed imports.
