Mexico: Dairy and Products Annual

  |   Attaché Report (GAIN)

Mexico’s consumers are turning to new dairy products perceived as healthier or trendier, but also cultivating a growing taste for cheese. Producers continue to increase their demand for dairy products used as raw material for different industries, with imports covering the windfall in demand for milk powder, butter, and cheese.
