Demand for quality ingredients has been steadily increasing since implementation of the Central America-Dominican Republic Free Trade Agreement. Bakery ingredients, jellies, dried fruits, snacks, beverages, concentrates and essences among other ingredients for the food processing industry are just some of the items with great growth potential in this market.
