Colombia: SaborUSA – Promoting the American Food Experience in Colombia

SaborUSA is a non-traditional marketing campaign that uses television promotions, an interactive website, a smartphone application and social media to promote U.S. food and beverages in Colombia. A major change in the campaign is that SaborUSA is now partnering with the Discovery Home and Health channel, which is based in Bogota, to reach a wider audience. In fact, SaborUSA advertisements on this channel have been watched over 3.5 million times and have reached almost 1.4 million viewers in Colombia, Peru, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Panama. This report reviews the performance of the SaborUSA campaign during the first six months of 2017.
