This report contains an UNOFFICIAL translation of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) draft Administrative Measures for the Entry and Exit Inspection Quarantine Supervision of Grain (进出境粮食检验检疫监督管理办法). This draft measure was published on April 28, 2015, by the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council. The United States has requested China to notify this measure to the World Trade Organization for public comment prior to implementation.
