The General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GACC) Bureau of Import and Export Food Safety (BIEFS) updated the list of products and codes subject to Decree 248. The PRC has not notified these changes to trade partners. Between January 25, 2024 and May 3, 2024, BIEFS added 14 products and removed 2 products.
