China: China Extends First Exclusion List by One Year

On September 14, 2020 the Ministry of Finance posted an announcement on its website by the State Council Customs Tariff Commission (SCCTC) that extended Section 301 tariff exclusions on the Exclusion List for the First Batch of U.S. Products Imposed with Additional Tariffs (Tariff Commission Notice [2020] No. 8) through September 16, 2021.
