China: AQSIQ Revised-Implementation Catalogue for Registration Under Decree 145
On November 26, 2015, AQSIQ released the revised “Implementation Catalogue for Registration of Overseas Manufacturers of Imported Food” (AQSIQ Public Notice [2015] No. 138), which is the implementing catalogue of products for the AQSIQ Decree 145 for Registration of Overseas Manufacturers of Imported Food. The revised Catalogue removes colostrum from the dairy category and adds lactose.
