Canada: Canada Opens Consultation on a Targeted Review of the Pest Control Products Act

On March 21, 2022, the Health Canada Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) opened a consultation on a facet of their Transformation Agenda concerning a target review of aspects of the Pest Control Products Act. The consultation runs for 60 days and will close on May 20, 2022. PMRA is seeking stakeholder feedback on potential targeted legislative changes to the Pest Control Products Act.
