Canada: Canada Consulting on Revoking MRLs for Three Fungicides

Health Canada is proposing the revocation of maximum residue limits (MRL) for three fungicides: Ferbam, Thiram, and Ziram. Consultation on this proposal is now open with Health Canada accepting comments until July 17, 2019. Under this proposal, revocation of MRLs would result in a default MRL of 0.1ppm being applied to all Canadian and imported products.
