US-EU Collaboration Platform on Agriculture
A new chapter in transatlantic agricultural cooperation began in November 2021 when Secretary Vilsack and European Union Agriculture Commissioner Janusz Wojciechowski launched the Collaboration Platform on Agriculture (CPA). Through the CPA, USDA and the EU's Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development — and our respective stakeholders — are exchanging knowledge and promoting mutual understanding as we work together to combat climate change, foster agricultural sustainability, and confront common challenges.
