U.S. Department of Agriculture Under Secretary for Trade and Foreign Agricultural Affairs Alexis M. Taylor arrived in New Delhi today to launch a USDA-sponsored agribusiness trade mission.

U.S. Department of Agriculture Under Secretary for Trade and Foreign Agricultural Affairs Alexis M. Taylor will lead an agribusiness trade mission to Bogotá, Colombia, Aug. 13-15, 2024. USDA is now accepting applications from current and potential U.S. exporters who have interest in joining the delegation.

Under Secretary Alexis M. Taylor will lead a U.S. Department of Agriculture agribusiness trade mission to New Delhi, India, April 22-25. The diverse delegation of 47 businesses and organizations and officials from 11 State Departments of Agriculture speaks volumes about the export sales opportunity the world’s most populous country represents for U.S. food and agricultural producers.

A recent USDA-sponsored agribusiness trade mission to the Republic of Korea (South Korea) proved to be a tremendous success for nearly 50 U.S. agribusinesses, cooperators, trade associations, and state departments of agriculture looking to grow and diversify U.S. exports to East Asia.

Under Secretary Alexis Taylor arrived in Seoul today with officials from 48 agribusiness and farm organizations and five state departments of agriculture.

American farmers, ranchers, and agribusiness owners continue to have success abroad as USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service works for U.S. agriculture.

Representatives from 49 U.S. companies and organizations will join the USDA trade mission to South Korea later this month.

USDA Deputy Secretary Torres Small visited a USDA-supported school feeding program and garden at the Mungazine Primary School in Mozambique.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture today announced that Deputy Secretary Xochitl Torres Small is leading USDA’s first agribusiness trade mission to Luanda, Angola, this week, accompanied by representatives from the Kansas and Wisconsin departments of agriculture, as well as 16 U.S. companies and organizations.
