Vietnam: Vietnam Reduces MFN Tariff Rates on Select Agricultural Products

The Government of Vietnam (GVN) issued Decree 57/2020/ND-CP on May 25, 2020 revising Most Favored Nation (MFN) tariff rates on a number of agricultural products. The Decree will enter into force on July 10, 2020. MFN tariff rates are reduced for dairy products, ethanol, almonds, apples, grapes, wheat, walnuts, frozen potatoes, raisins, and chilled pork. A temporary reduction for frozen pork until December 31, 2020 has also been issued.
