Vietnam: FAIRS Export Certificate Report

This report provides an overview of the health and quarantine certificates needed for exporting food and agricultural products to Vietnam. Minor updates have been made to Section I.6 - Animal Feed; Section I.3 – Meat and meat products; Section I.4 – Aquatic animals and products thereof; Section I.5 – Plants and plant products; Section II.3 - Export/Health Certificate; Section III.2 – Export Certificate for Seafood and Section III.10-Health Certificate for Live Aquatic Animals. No other changes have been made from the previous report. However, Post may issue a new FAIRS Export Certificate Report should a planned replacement of Vietnam’s Decree 38/2012 on guiding the implementation of Food Safety Law have any effect of health certificates needed for exporting food and agricultural products to Vietnam.
