Anufood Brazil 2022 was one of the first in-person food and beverage shows in Sao Paulo since the COVID-19 pandemic. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) endorsed the show and provided excellent opportunities for U.S. exporters. USDA is endorsing the show again next year.

The Brazilian orange crop for Marketing Year (MY) 2021/22 is forecast at 414.4 million 40.8-kg boxes (MBx) or 16.91 million metric tons (MMT), an increase of 15 percent vis-à-vis the current season, supported by good weather conditions as of October 2021.

ATO/Sao Paulo forecasts the Brazilian coffee production for Marketing Year (MY) 2022/23 (July-June) at 64.3 million 60-kg bags, an increase of 11 percent compared to the last crop.
