The purpose of this report is to provide U.S. agricultural trade associations with information on compliance with the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Administration of Activities of Overseas Nongovernmental Organizations in the Mainland of China” (FNGO Law).

On February 22, 2022, the People's Republic of China (PRC) released its annual policy guidelines, "The Number 1 Document," on agriculture and rural development.
