Morocco: WTO Notification on Chilled Packaged Offal

Morocco notified G/SPS/N/MAR/103 on October 2, 2023. The notification concerns Morocco’s amending the joint order of the Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests and the Minister of Health and Social Protection No. 1289-22 of 9 Chaoual 1443 (May 10, 2022) fixing the list of microbiologically highly perishable products, their expiration date, and their storage temperature. Comments are due no later than December 1, 2023. An unofficial translation is included in this report.
