Morocco: Technical Regulation on 'Red Fruit' (Berries)

Beginning October 5, 2018, imported certified plant material must comply with the requirements of MinAg Order No. 2109-17, a technical regulation concerning the production of strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, gooseberry and blackcurrant in Morocco. Imported plant material must belong to varieties registered in the official catalog of the species and varieties of cultivable plants in Morocco and must, in addition, meet the provisions of the phytosanitary legislation and regulations in force in Morocco. This measure has not been notified to the WTO.
