Japan: Notifies WTO of Revised Butylated Hydroxyanisole Residue Standards
On April 25, 2019, Japan notified the World Trade Organization of draft amendments to the maximum residue levels (MRL) for the feed additive, Butylated Hydroxyanisole, via G/SPS/N/JPN/637. There will be no public comment period established for this proposal as this proposal relaxes the regulation. However, interested U.S. parties are welcomed to share their comments and/or concerns with USDA’s enquiry point (us.spsenquirypoint@fas.usda.gov).
