Japan: Japan Provides Additional Information on SBS Rice Tender Results
Japan’s Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries added information to the published results of the Simultaneous Buy and Sell (SBS) rice tenders in connection with the U.S.-Japan Trade Agreement. The additional information increases the transparency of the SBS tenders and may help U.S. exporters better understand Japanese demand for specific types and subtypes of imported rice.
