Indonesia: Oilseeds and Products Update
The Government of Indonesia (GOI) is reviewing palm planted area following conflicting data from several government agencies. Soybean imports for 2018/19 are forecast to reach 2.65 million tons based on updated trade data. A target date of January 2020 has been set for implementing nationwide B30 blending, a potential boon to domestic industrial CPO consumption.
