On February 3, 2021, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India published the Food Safety and Standards (Prohibition and Restrictions on Sales) Second Amendment Regulations (2021) in the Official Gazette of India. The amendment relates to limits on the use of trans-fats in all food products.
